The Rest Of Our Family Session!

Alright, here goes! I am so happy with how these portraits turned out...I am normally my own worst critic but then again, aren't we all? Anyway, I promised more so here they are! One in particular really cracks me up (the one with Mileigh's surprise face). Chad and I had a private wedding and no professional portraits almost seven years ago. That said, I absolutely love the ones of us together! (thanks Justin). I love that man with everything in me and am so thankful and lucky that I get to spend the rest of my life with him! Thanks babe, for being such a great husband and daddy. Have a great weekend everyone and Be Blessed!

Sneak Peak From Our Family Session!

Hi there! So, I'd much rather be behind the camera but as our girls grow I want to document our family and just how much it means to me. It's very bittersweet for me when it comes to our family portrait. Our Joeli should be there as well. I know that she is smiling from the lap of her Abba Father! How I wish that this world could be in that same constant state of worship...what a different world this would be! Chad and I are about to celebrate seven years of marriage. It seems like yesterday he was down on one knee in my studio apartment. Joeli Lynn would have been 6 this August...what a big girl she'd be! Brelan is 3.5 and is becomming such a fun little girl to be around. Mileigh is 18 months and has a smile that could light this whole world. They are the reason that I do what I do! To my Chad and girls, I love you so much...All Heart!

Some very dear friends of ours, who have been there in the great times but also in our toughest hours helped with this portrait. Justin and Lyndsey Spradlin came and took the portraits for us and brought their precious babies, Rylyn and Dax, to play and make our girls smile. It worked and we got some great portraits that will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Justin and Lyndsey, thank you so much first and foremost for being our friends! We love you! Also, thank you for taking time away from your family and home to help us with a portrait that means the world to us! To those of you who follow our blog and are a constant encouragement, we appreciate you more than you know. We would be honored to do portraits for you just as soon as you are ready, give us a call and we will get you taken care of. I pray you have a great weekend. Be Blessed!

Braelyn!

Hi there! I had the best time this morning with a brand new client! Baby Braelyn is just precious and such a joy to work with. I really appreciate this family for giving me the opportunity to photograph such a beautiful little girl! I absolutely love photographing babies...they just melt my heart. I know that God reveals himself to me in the babies that I photograph...is there a better picture of love, peace, and grace? I don't think so. Thank you so much for looking at our work and feel free to contact All Heart for your next portrait needs. We love hearing from you, so feel free to comment on baby Braelyn!

I cannot believe how quickly the holiday season is approaching us. I wanted to make sure to get this post out well in advance so that you could make plans for your Christmas portraits. We are booking Christmas sessions now through Nov. 21st and offering a special package for those sessions. The package includes 1 10x13, 1 8x10, 3 5x7s, 6 4x6s, and 16 wallets of the same pose for 79.95. This package is valued at 135.00 so make sure to book your session soon so that you can take advantage of those prices. I am posting a portrait of our girls from last year...how they've grown! I adore watching them grow every day and know that it is such a privilege to be able to stay home with them. Sometimes I wish they could stay little forever so that I could always hold them but I love the little people that they are becoming! Thank you for looking and for supporting All Heart Photography! Learn Something New Every Day!

It's me again! So, I know that most of you that know me also know that photography has always been a passion for me and that I haven't gone to classes. It's just something that over the years I have gotten better at. I research and study different techniques all the time. Lately I've been working on collages and story boards and wanted to post just one or two to see what you think. Katelyn, I hope you like this! Thanks for being my guinea pig =) Gavin was on my baby plan and had his first birthday this summer. Thank you for looking. Be Blessed!

Family Traditions

Hey there! I hope that you had a wonderful holiday weekend! I had the opportunity of photographing four sisters and two of their children this weekend. The story to the session is very sweet and filled with precious memories of the location. These sisters are Native American (Creek and Choctaw) and grew up as part of 17 children! They went to this small, one room church in Semmes, AL their entire lives. When the church grew and needed a new building, the plan was to level the old one. This family and many others couldn't bear that thought because of how important this place of worship was to their lives. They raised the money needed to have it moved and preserved! How awesome is that! It is now used for various events including weddings. I am very thankful to this precious family. What a privilege to be trusted with so much history and to be a part of it! I heard story after story about this family and their way of life while photographing them. I think it is amazing how family traditions are kept alive by story telling. I like to think that one day my girls will be telling their grandchildren stories of their childhood and that they will have the same smiles on their faces as these sisters. When this family spoke of their parents and their daily lives, their eyes lit up...that is something that I pray for in the lives of my girls. Thank you again to this family for opening your lives to me. Thanks to those of you who faithfully look at our work and encourage us in the job that we are doing. We appreciate you! Don't hesitate to call the next time you need portraits, we'd be honored. Be Blessed!

Graduation...Quickly Approaching!

Hi again! I had the privilege this weekend of photographing my first Senior Session of the season. Katelyn has worked very hard to get to this pivotal moment in life and I am honored that she and her mom chose me to document it. I wanted to accurately portray who Katelyn really is in these images so we visited several places in and around Mobile. We took our time so that we got exactly what she wanted with no restrictions and no limitations on how many times my camera clicked! I had a great time getting to know her and truly wish her the best! Graduation is a time that you never forget...I didn't. You don't realize it then, but soon enough you are at that place in life where you can never go back. In the midst of high school we somehow go from child to "grown up" before we know it and then it's over. What a celebration to be had for those of you that have completed such a big part of your life! It's now time to continue and make a difference in this world because believe it or not...it's yours and it's a lot bigger than high school! Katelyn, congrats on your graduation! You are a very intelligent, beautiful young lady! Know that your life makes a difference and that you are "fearfully and wonderfully made"! Thank you again for choosing me. Contact All Heart for your portrait needs, we will be glad to talk with you. We would love to hear your ideas to customize your own senior portraits. Be Blessed!
